When does my membership start?

The moment you finish enrollment. Your Level App login arrives by email within ten minutes. You can use the club that same day.

Can I still get a tour?

Absolutely. Every new member gets a complimentary 45-minute onboarding with a Senior Coach — floor walkthrough, movement screen, goals conversation. Book it in the Level App once your membership is active.

Is there a contract?

Choose at checkout. The 12-month option saves $10/month and commits you for a year. The month-to-month option is ten dollars higher and cancellable anytime with 30 days' notice. Same facility access either way.

What's the $59 annual fee?

A once-a-year charge 60 days after you join, and each year on that date. It covers equipment replacement, club upgrades, and facility maintenance. Included in every tier.

Can I change my tier later?

Yes — upgrade anytime, immediate. Downgrade at your next billing cycle. Both are self-serve in the Level App, no call required.

What if I'm not ready?
